Water Gardens

Walk the winding footpaths and sheltered canopies.

Wildflower meadows sprinkled with summer colours, pass bubbling carpets of waxy lily pads and neon pond weed.

Cross the many bridges to the hides and summer huts, havens from blazing summer sun.

Something designed, built with nature; paved with logs and woven with reeds- look out to the bulrushes and bamboo, triumphant and unapologetic in their stature and dominance.

Amongst us is an Airforce of nature, dragonflies. Flashes of electricity hover and swoop and dip. Aerial ordinance of nature; the majestic and the fallen, the proud blooms and unnoticed wallflowers.
